NEW HOSPITAL

WITH construction commencing on a new Covid-19 quarantine hub at Wellcamp, without much consultation with the Toowoomba community, the top priority now for this region is to secure state government funding for a new Toowoomba public hospital.

The Queensland Treasurer Cameron Dick however refuses to announce if or when such funding will be made.

Toowoomba cannot afford to wait much longer for this state government to get its act together on this matter.

I know that the local state members will work tirelessly towards a funding announcement, whenever that might be.
