TOOWOOMBA CARRIAGE WORKS

At the invitation of Mr W Trevethan we have had the pleasure of inspecting several new vehicles made to order during the last few weeks.

A double-seated hooded buggy fitted with equlishing (sic) bars, and latest improvements, is one of the prettiest turnouts we have seen, and for workmanship is first-class.

A four-wheeled dog-cart of the latest fashion and with modern improvements also presents a very taking appearance, and should certainly satisfy the owner.

Another vehicle – a second fourwheeled dog-cart – is a sister to that made to the order of Sir Henry Norman, and in fittings and mountings could not be surpassed.

Several other orders are on hand, and the activity evidenced at the works argues well for Toowoomba.
