BANISHED FROM BALL DUTY

STORM star Josh Addo-Carr is widely regarded the game’s best winger and is possibly the game’s fastest player. But there’s one thing he’s not so good at – being a ball boy.

News Corp reports the “Foxx” has been banned from being the Storm’s ball boy again after he was axed from the duty for being “too excited” during Friday’s win over Manly.

Usually we’d see AddoCarr running down the lefthand sideline to score tries. But on Friday he was up and down the sideline cheering his side on while nursing a hamstring injury.

The NRL’s head of football, Graham Annesley, confirmed to News Corp that Addo-Carr was sacked from being Melbourne’s ball boy in the big 40-12 win. “Josh has a very exuberant personality ... unfortunately, it’s not necessarily one of the traits we look for in ball boys,” he said.
