Father dies in car crash

THE Forensic Crash Unit is investigating after Dennis Oberle died in a single vehicle crash at Proston.

Initial investigations indicate a Holden Commodore veered off Wondai Proston Road before colliding with a tree about 1.50pm on Sunday.

Mr Oberle was the driver and sole occupant of the vehicle and was pronounced deceased at the scene.
