YOUR CHANCE TO SWIM WITH THE SALTIES

-

A LEADING eco-tourism experience has been revamping its park with new improvements, including a CrocArena attraction and swim with the salties experience.

Wildlife Habitat Port Douglas now has a highly-anticipated Queensland first allowing visitors, if they dare, the chance to be submerged right into the crocodile’s kill zone.

The heart-stopping attraction, to open on Tuesday, will see visitors only have a clear screen separating them from the modernday dinosaurs with killer instincts.

CrocArena is also purpose-built for crocodile shows, including a grandstand with seating for 300 people, as well as an underwater viewing area where visitors can watch feeding time.

A year ago, a new aviary experience opened taking visitors on a multi-level adventure through lush flora.

Tourism and Events Queensland and News Corp’s Queensland mastheads are celebrating local holiday experiences like Wildlife Habitat Port Douglas throughout the 20 Days of Holidays Like This campaign.

A new hot offer – 100 Wildlife Habitat Port Douglas CrocArena swim with the salties tickets for $1 each – can be purchased from 9am on Tuesday until sold out, by logging on to queensland.com/holidayslikethis.
