CUTE BUB A ‘HAPPY VEGEMITE’
IT WAS a fierce competition for the title of Stanthorpe’s cutest baby, but the final results are in and one adorable little boy has been awarded the crown.
Six-month-old Jaxson Brian Wilmot has been named Stanthorpe’s cutest baby for 2021 by readers, and his mum Natalie Wilmot told the Border Post she was one “pretty proud mummy”.
“He’s a very bright and happy baby,” she said.
“He smiles a lot, he’s a happy little Vegemite.
“I'm just a proud mum – I love that he’s with me in my life. He brings me great joy and I can’t stop looking at him.”
Natalie said her son’s best mate was their three-year-old blue staffy, Maximus.
“They get on really well. When Jaxson is asleep in the cot, Maximus sleeps at the end of the cot,” she said.
The two are so close, parents Natalie and Jason think Jaxson’s first word will be Maximus.
Natalie said Jaxson loved nature and one of his favourite activities at the moment was looking at trees and flowers.
