Rollover on highway

A TRUCK driver has managed to escape a wreck with minor injuries after crashing on the notoriously dangerous Warrego Highway, about 38km west of Miles.

A Queensland Police Service spokeswoman said the 48year-old driver had been travelling through Drillham when he crashed and rolled just before 7pm on Tuesday.

“Police are not investigating the crash,” she said.

The driver sustained minor injuries and was taken to Miles Hospital in a stable condition.
