TASMANIA is expected to be the second state in the country, after NSW, to hit the 70 per cent full vaccinatio­n milestone – in early November – and the 80 per cent marker later that month. But what this means for the island state is a bit less clear, with the state government increasing­ly talking about wanting to reach targets of 90 per cent full adult vaccinatio­n before opening up its borders to interstate travellers.
