Day’s focus wellbeing

LOCKYER Valley Regional Council will shine a spotlight on mental health when it hosts the Lockyer Valley Community Wellbeing Day next month.

Mayor Tanya Milligan said the free community event would be held as part of Mental Health Week celebrations.

From 10am – 3pm on October 8, at Lake Apex Parklands, Gatton, there will be information stalls, activities, music, a free sausage sizzle and giveaways, while from 4pm – 6pm, BYO a picnic blanket or camp chair, and enjoy live music.
