KIDS CASH SAVVY
A RISING number of Australian kids are being introduced to the world of investing, new research has revealed.
A survey of 1033 Aussie parents with children under 12 years old by comparison website Finder found that 7 per cent of kids had a share trading account.
Another 2 per cent of kids aged under 12 also had a cryptocurrency account.
The research found 58 per cent of kids had a savings account, while 6 per cent had a debit card and 2 per cent a credit card.
About 37 per cent did not have any bank or investing accounts.
