Lyricism of dance

SENIORS from Lutheran Services’ Tabeel in Laidley will take centre stage for a unique dance performance at the Laidley Cultural Centre today.

If Only I Could … pairs aged care residents with professional contemporary dancers to discover the love, lyricism and fun of dance and movement for two memorable cross-generation performances – and admission is free.

“The residents and dance artists have formed a unique performance company and the movement you will see from all of them is remarkable,” director Angela Chaplain said.

“The performance is full of poignant moments, humour and quite a bit of fun.”
