Aussie legend helping Darling Downs charge
HE’S got a resume in the game that stretches decades, and the Darling Downs Suns will once again enjoy the mentorship of one of Queensland’s most loved characters.
Darren ‘Boof’ Lehmann (pictured) will serve as mentor of the Suns as they head to Bundaberg with a clear goal in mind of progressing to the Gabba once again.
The top two teams from this weekend’s Country Challenge will progress to the final held on the hallowed turf, and the Darling Downs has named a strong team to get the job done.
