STIHL dealer a cut above

- JARRARD POTTER

WITH more time spent in the garden during Covid lockdowns, the demand for tools to tackle backyard jobs was through the roof last year.

Toowoomba outdoor garden power tool supplier Motor Mecca rose to the challenge last year, and their efforts saw them named as the STIHL Natinal Dealer of the Year for 2020.

Motor Mecca owner Nathan Wessling said while overseas disruptions caused delays in stock arriving, the lockdown presented opportunities for new and improved ways of working.

“It’s wonderful to be acknowledged for the hard work our team has been able to uphold in these challenging times,” he said.

“We’ve seen an increased demand in our Toowoomba community for expert, professional and high-quality outdoor garden power tools as more of our community dive into the gardening world. It’s a privilege to help provide customers with the tools they need.”

The award acknowledges their high levels of service excellence and top customer experience.
