MUNICIPALI­TY OF TOOWOOMBA

Tenders are invited from persons willing to contract for constructi­ng a WELL, of the following dimensions: Square, six feet; lining, two-inch Ironbark or Bloodwood slabs; curbing, Bloodwood or Ironbark, one foot square.

The Well to be put down on the Water Reserve, at the west-end of Herries-street, adjoining allotment No.2 of section No.4.

Tenders to be marked “Tenders for Well,” and addressed to the Town Clerk, Toowoomba.

No tender will be received after Noon of Saturday, 13th July 1861.

Notice is hereby given, that all RATES remaining unpaid after Friday, the 12th inst., will be recovered by distress without further intimation.
