Albo’s poll prediction
LABOR MPs have been told to prepare for the possibility of a December election, with Anthony Albanese telling colleagues the PM could call a snap poll on his return from a major climate summit.
The Opposition Leader told his troops at a Caucus meeting in Canberra that Scott Morrison had “abrogated his job” by outsourcing climate policy to the Nationals.
“We've all heard our constituents tell us that when the going gets tough, Scott Morrison goes missing.”
Mr Albanese also used his address to the Labor caucus to predict Mr Morrison will call an election following his trip to the Glasglow climate summit.
