Charter benefits business

SMALL businesses in the Western Downs are set to benefit from a new Small Business Friendly Council commitment made by Western Downs Regional Council today.

Minister for Employment and Small Business Di Farmer welcomed Western Downs to the growing list of councils that signed up to the charter.

“By signing the ... council charter, councils commit to support small businesses in their communities and help to reduce red tape,” she said.
