Show backbone

-

HOLD on, did I hear right? In the news (19/10), the chief health officer, Jeanette Young, pronounced a death sentence on the sick and frail.

She informed us that all Queenslanders will now be exposed to Covid (once the borders reopen).

As we already know, this virus attacks young and old battling severe chronic underlying health conditions, (including obesity), and puts them at death’s door, double vaccinated or not.

So what were the lockdowns really for these past 18 months if they intend to let Covid lose on a society where “nutters” refuse to be vaccinated?

The world we now live in is all about “people’s rights” where demands for justice have been successful for less than one per cent of society.

Yet there are those who refuse to be vaccinated so that the far greater population may live and prevent them from having a terrible death.

This mindset is insane and beyond any normal comprehension therefore, the government should show backbone and take control making vaccinations mandatory for all those who can have it and keep those who are risking innocent lives away from normal society.

The government has brought in numerous mandatory laws in the past to save lives, yet in our greatest need, they refuse to make the Covid vaccination mandatory.

Make a brave decision PM for the future safety of all Australians and let us prosper knowing the best has been done to protect our society, as a whole, by not putting everyone at risk for a minority who think they are entitled to their rights at the expense of all others.
