HERE is an accessible and encouraging picture book that teaches children about the challenges of climate change for Australia, so they can be motivated to make a difference.

With straightforward descriptions and brightly coloured illustrations, each chapter includes positive initiatives already taking place as well as tips on how even small children can pitch in and help out.

The authors explain how the world is getting warmer and why we urgently need to stop this alarming trend.

There is fascinating information on the greenhouse effect, rising sea levels, shrinking forests, melting ice, and depleted wildlife due to loss of habitat and urban sprawl.

People all over the world are helping and working hard to preserve our world and stop pollution and extinction.
