1. EASY CREAMY CHICKEN PASTA

SERVES 4. PREP 10 MIN. COOK 15 MIN Ingredient­s

• 1 chicken breast, roasted, shredded

• 1 onion, chopped small

• 1 tsp crushed garlic

• 2 tbsp Moroccan seasoning

• 300g pasta

• 250ml cream

• ½ tsp salt and pepper

• ½ cup parmesan cheese, grated

• 100g baby spinach

Method

1. Cook pasta.

2. In a large frying pan, lightly saute onion and garlic in a little butter or oil.

3. Add shredded chicken and sprinkle over Moroccan seasoning. Mix well.

4. Pour in cream and bring to boil, reduce temperatur­e and simmer gently.

5. The sauce will reduce and thicken.

6. Season with salt and pepper to your liking. Add spinich if using.

7. Once pasta is cooked, drain and add to sauce, mix well.

8. Serve and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
