1. AIR FRYER BRIE BITES

SERVES 12. PREP 10 MINS COOK 8 MINS Ingredient­s

• 250g brie

• ½ cup plain flour

• 1 egg

• 1 tbsp milk

• 1 cup panko breadcrumb­s

Method:

1 Cut brie into 2-3cm cubes. Place flour in one bowl, mix egg and milk together in a second bowl, and place breadcrumb­s in a third bowl. Toss each brie cube in flour, then coat in egg mixture and finally breadcrumb­s. Repeat with remaining cubes. Place in a single layer on a small tray and freeze for one hour.

2 Place a circle of baking paper in the base of your air fryer basket. Place crumbed brie cubes on the paper leaving a little space between each. Cook at 200C for 8 minutes until golden.

3 Serve with tomato chutney or a mixture of equal parts cranberry and tomato sauce.
