GemLife launches Stage 5

First look at Highfields new outdoor recreational precinct

-

GEMLIFE Highfields over-50s lifestyle resort has just launched its Stage Five release which will include a stunning $5 million outdoor recreational precinct, The Outlook, featuring superb new facilities ranging from a picture-perfect pool to an indoor cricket pitch (Howzat!).

Stage Five comprises 66 sites with a choice of six home designs, including the resort’s largest designs to date.

GemLife Highfields sales manager Rachael Benham said the latest release offered twoand three-bedroom options with homes up to 272sq m available.

“The large home designs have strong appeal with buyers who love the idea of extra space indoors and out, as well as the proximity to all the terrific facilities to come,” Rachael said.

Plans for the 2800sq m outdoor recreational precinct, under review by Council, will complement the resort’s current facilities which include an award-winning country club, adding a new dimension to the over-50s lifestyle on offer.

Ms Benham said from The Outlook, homeowners could enjoy green views from the elevated parts of the site.

“For example, when people are lounging poolside, they will look out at a canopy of trees and lovely views of the native vegetation corridor around the creek,” Rachael said.

“Because of the elevation of the site, the team has been able to maximise wonderful aspects throughout the design, creating a unique oasis in which residents can relax, recharge, or get active – whatever mood strikes them,” she said.

“The position of the site also means fresh country crossbreezes can be enjoyed yearround.”

The Outlook combines two separate buildings for indoor facilities together with beautifully designed outdoor spaces.

Besides the serene 20-metre architecturally designed infinity-edge pool, other standout features in the outdoor spaces will include a croquet/yoga lawn, skirted by pergolascreened sunlounges, undercover barbecue with lounge/ entertainment area, and a large off-leash dog run for the resort’s canine residents to socialise.

The first of The Outlook buildings, a 300sq m multipurpose pavilion, boasts a spacious hall with stage that could be used for anything from dancing to special events, together with a large arts and crafts studio, a bar and kitchen.

The second building, measuring 520sq m, has been designed as a leisure and recreational centre and will be home to a sports lounge, gymnasium with pilates area, virtual golf, and of course, the indoor cricket pitch, in addition to a formal lounge with fireplace and billiards/games room.

GemLife Highfields offers luxurious low-maintenance homes together with premium recreational facilities.

Stage Five homes are between 219sq m to 272sq m of living space, two bathrooms, sizeable alfresco areas, extensive premium inclusions, and a six-star energy rating.
