Some of these roads can be found on Sat Nav and on old paper maps. What are these ratepayers getting for their money?

• No way council should be fixing Oestreich “Road”. Sounds like it is only a gazetted road. Gazetted roads are everywhere, never been formed, not council’s responsibility. If you want to build a house and there is no current access, as in a road it is up to you to put your own road/ driveway in.

• Just see on TV news we are having a cooler than average winter. I can remember when it was minus 5 for weeks on end. We are being lied to about the weather. Just ask anyone over 70 years of age.

Seems unfair when nurses in aged care get a quarter per hour and look after the generations who worked hard and got paid a pittance for their years of hard work.
