Re: honouring Queen Elizabeth II. With the imminent opening of our new hospital, why not name it after the Queen? Toowoomba’s new hospital – Queen Elizabeth II Hospital.

State Rose Garden obvious choice for Queen’s tribute. Maybe a garden of her favourite roses. Also Newtown Park has a military history.

QWERTY (TC SEPT 20). LNP bashers like yourself can’t help making a negative story. No one has suggested Peter Dutton or Scott Morrison being President of an Australian Republic. If you needed to say something why didn’t you mention some LABOR, GREENS or TEALS. Probably as not one of them would be worthy of such a position.

PG, you are kidding aren’t you? 20 million tons of standing derelict wind turbines are standing in the US alone. Too expensive to dismantle. 99% of all turbine blades in the US are buried in landfill. Coal power stations have a 50 year working life span.
