Test for work happiness

-

WORKERS are being urged to go online and check how happy they are in a move that could boost the British economy.

More than 10,000 people have taken part in the free survey by Engaging Works, which was set up by former Waitrose boss Lord Price, who said “it is our mission to make the world happier”. And 81 companies have signed up to the website, including Coca-Cola, Virgin Money and Burger King.

Businesses pay a fee for the service, which allows them to survey staff and find out where they need to improve morale.
