Stolen car

TOOWOOMBA po­lice are search­ing for a man (pic­tured) who stole a car and bank cards in Toowoomba this week.

“On the night of De­cem­ber 3, a sil­ver coloured 2003 Toy­ota Prado sta­tion wagon with Queens­land reg­is­tra­tion num­ber BJR-63 was stolen fol­low­ing a break in at a (home) on Clair­mont St,” Se­nior Con­sta­ble Joanne Bai­ley said.

“Bank cards stolen were then used at a busi­ness on Ruthven St at 4.33am on De­cem­ber 4, and then at a con­ve­nience store in Aca­cia Ridge on the same date. The stolen ve­hi­cle was then in­volved in a fuel drive-off of­fence at a busi­ness in Lawn­ton on De­cem­ber 5.”
