■ I cer­tainly agree that modern head­lights are a curse, and dan­ger­ous in the ex­treme; the few sec­onds of blind­ness caused by the over­pow­er­ing white/blue lights com­ing to­wards you is fright­en­ing. Surely there must be some reg­u­la­tion gov­ern­ing the bright­ness of head­lights? If there is, then who­ever is re­spon­si­ble is not do­ing their job.
