Be a part of The Mills Precinct

-

A LANDMARK office building in the historic Mills Precinct of the Toowoomba city centre is being offered for lease by Ray White Commercial Toowoomba.

Ray White’s Geoff Percy (pictured) has available a stand-alone office with 180sq m floor space and excellent views over the CBD and the multi-million-dollar Railway Parks Lands Project currently under construction.

Mr Percy said the office is in a fantastic location and is fully air-conditioned with plenty of car parking available.

"This office is a local landmark and was part of the Defiance Flour Mill built in 1911, and is a unique position for a business," he said.

"Toowoomba is a growth city and with over $10 billion of projects in progress we have a solid future.

"Strong infrastructure investment, such as the $200 million Brisbane West Wellcamp Airport, Inland Rail Project, and Second Range Crossing, is underpinning the positive outlook surrounding the Toowoomba region."

For inspections of this office, please call Geoff Percy at Ray White Commercial on 0438 424 672
