Phil’s success recognised
Cobram resident Phil Badura won the best clients results award at the annual ActionCOACH Global Conference at the Hamilton Island Convention Centre on August 10.
Mr Badura received the award for the coaching work he has done throughout northern Victoria and southern NSW in the past year.
As an ActionCOACH, Mr Badura takes pride in the success of his clients and in the past 12 months 27 new jobs have been created in the region, adding more than $3 million to local community economies.
One of his clients was Renae Pitargue at First Class Accounts Ovens and Murray.
During this year of coaching, First Class Accounts went on to win the best service-based business under 10 employees at the 2017 Business Excellence Forum.
‘‘I am honoured to receive this award as it shows how coaching can make a huge impact on so many lives,’’ Mr Badura said.
‘‘This award is a reflection of the work that all of my clients have achieved in working on the things that matter in their business, including finance, systems, team, time and themselves.
‘‘It’s tremendously gratifying to help small business owners reach their potential in that way.’’
