Workshop gets to the heart of business management

The Cobram Courier - - NEWS -

Cobram Barooga Business and Tourism will offer a series of workshops and programs based on events community members would like to see available in the region.

The first of these is a workshop facilitated by learning and developmental specialist Delna Dugdale, who has worked with international brands including Gloria Jeans, Cash Converters and Kennards Self Storage.

The business cardio check session relates to the health of a business through its heart, its people, and is applicable to any size business or community group that works with people.

Delna has a great deal of experience in change management, organisational culture and staff training and development, and is described as an innovative ‘rain-maker’ who can work strategically on the big picture, but has the experience and knowledge to zoom in and deliver on the minutiae of ‘‘making it happen’’.

The workshop will be held at Cobram Barooga Golf Club at 6 pm on Wednesday, September 12. ●
