A white Toy­ota Hilux ute was stolen from a Strath­mer­ton prop­erty on Septem­ber 3.

The ve­hi­cle had no plates and was not run­ning at the time of the theft.

There was an at­tempted bur­glary at Blue­bird Child­care Cen­tre in Co­bram overnight last Thurs­day.

Fly screens at the back of the build­ing were re­moved and some even re­placed, how­ever no en­try was gained.

● Thieves ran­sacked the in­side of a car parked in a car­port in Ka­rook St, Co­bram, overnight on Septem­ber 2.

Sev­eral items were stolen, in­clud­ing sun­glasses, keys, loose change and a TJM winch con­troller.

● There were three thefts from mo­tor ve­hi­cles around Sun­rise Crt and Gor­ton St in Co­bram overnight last Thurs­day.

Tool boxes mounted on the back of utes were bro­ken into and power tools and hand tools stolen. Some of the power tools have ‘CWS’ en­graved on them.

The Vic­to­ria Po­lice Head to Head Walk will be held from Oc­to­ber 1 to 23 to raise funds for bet­ter men­tal health sup­port ser­vices for for­mer Vic­to­ria Po­lice mem­bers.

The heads of Vic­to­ria Po­lice and the Po­lice As­so­ci­a­tion will make the 1000 km trek across Vic­to­ria to raise funds.
