Young Tigers cel­e­brate a big sea­son on the court

Co­bram Net­ball Club cel­e­brated a big sea­son on Fri­day with its ju­nior pre­sen­ta­tion night at the Scott Oval clu­b­rooms.

Ruby Hig­gins took home the un­der-13 best-and­fairest award with 35 votes, fol­lowed by Alahni Hul­ley on 22.

The un­der-15 count was won by An­gela Noo­nan, who polled a big tally of 39 votes to fin­ish well ahead of Kir­bey Rudd on 25 votes.

In the un­der-17s, Claire Bax­ter capped off a stel­lar year by polling 38 votes to com­fort­ably win the be­stand-fairest award.

Matilda Kelly was run­ner-up with 24 votes in a con­sis­tent sea­son.

Lil­li­eth Ukich claimed the ju­nior club per­son of the year award.

Recog­ni­tion: Meg Hyde claimed the un­der-13 coaches award.

Un­der-17 award win­ners: El­iza Crosby (coaches award), Claire Bax­ter (best-and­fairest win­ner), Matilda Kelly (best-and­fairest run­ner-up) and Molly Rae (coaches award).

Un­der-15 award win­ners: Laura McLeod (coaches award), Kir­bey Rudd (best-and­fairest run­ner-up), An­gela Noo­nan (be­stand-fairest win­ner) and Zarli Kerr (coaches award).

Sea­son’s best: Ruby Hig­gins won the un­der-13 best-and-fairest award.
