Treasures for all the family
For 14 years, D’Vine Ideas has been a one-stop shop for locals preparing for the Christmas season.
Sisters and co-owners Melissa Crisafulli and Paula Latina have been busy preparing for the silly season and encouraged Christmas revellers to drop in and check out one of their biggest product lines yet.
‘‘We’ve got so many new gift ideas; the shop is absolutely brimming with products. We have that boutique look, but we have gifts for all budgets. We’ve always been very price-conscious for the consumer,’’ Ms Crisafulli said.
For those unsure of exactly what the perfect gift might be for a special person, D’Vine will be able to point you in the right direction.
‘‘We can customise things to the person’s needs; so if customers come in and tell us the age of the person or their style preferences, we will often advise on what product might suit that particular person,’’ Ms Crisafulli said.
The shop owner encouraged anybody who had not visited the store recently to drop in and see for themselves the abundance of new stock.
‘‘For people that might not have been in for a while, it’s worth them stopping by and having a look because the shop is always changing. We’ve got different displays because we like to keep things interesting,’’ Ms Crisafulli said.
The sisters were excited about the sheer number of options available to customers this Christmas period.
‘‘There is so much variety this year, I think this one of our biggest ever Christmas collections,’’ Ms Crisafulli said.
‘‘Paula and I think this is nearly the best range of stock we’ve ever compiled.
‘‘We’ve got beautiful decor and we’ve got more artworks and clocks than usual because there’s been a huge demand for those items.’’
The store carries Maxwell and Williams and Ecoya products, always a hit with customers.
The owners pride themselves in making highquality products available to customers in Cobram, so they do not have to shop out of town.
‘‘We have always had an eye for what sells well. I think we have a really good feel of what the consumer is looking for and we go to all the events to see the new releases of different products,’’ Ms Crisafulli said.
The store will again extend trading hours until Christmas, open until 9 pm Thursdays.
And to take the hassle out of gift wrapping, D’Vine have it covered with their signature gift wrapping, which is sure to impress.
While the past 14 years have been filled with great memories, the sisters have put the business up for sale, to spend more time with their young children.
‘‘We are still loving what we do, but are hoping that someone with a love of all things D’Vine might come along and be interested in allowing us to step away and spend more time with our young children,’’ Ms Crisafulli said.
People can contact Jodie Wilson at Ray White Cobram for information.
Ready for Christmas: D’Vine Ideas co-owner Melissa Crisafulli is preparing for another bumper Christmas period and is encouraging locals to come in and check out the store’s latest stock.
