Man charged af­ter dog dies in locked util­ity

THAT poor pup. What’s more im­por­tant here, ob­vi­ously had a few beers at the pub. Peo­ple need to get their pri­or­i­ties right. If only some­one had seen this dog be­fore­hand and res­cued him. – Rechelle Louise
