Make the move in 2010
ADENBROOK Homes has decreed 2010 will be the Year of the Home. And with its wide range of homes to suit any taste or budget and a range of upgrades and extras available, the company is giving buyers a chance to celebrate.
As part of the Year of the Home promotion, Adenbrook Homes has introduced Adenbrook True Value.
Company managing director Robert Lyndon said True Value was aimed at highlighting the genuine value buyers received in choosing an Adenbrook home.
“With years of design experience the Adenbrook design team place true value in practical and functional design, while providing various looks and feels to apply individuality and impressive street appeal,” he said.
All Adenbrook homes include wider entry and foyer areas, high ceiling options and functional zoning for easy family living.
Every home has a kitchen that has been designed for the family’s master chef with a stylish look and spacious feel.
The bathrooms are a haven for a rest and relaxation with floating style vanities and chrome floor wastes among other luxury touches.
Mr Lyndon said True Value inclusions helped to define the way people lived, so Adenbrook Homes ensured everything buyers want and need is included.
He said true value kitchens include stone benchtops, a spacious pantry, overhead cupboards and laminated cabinetry.
“And for a limited time some bonus upgrades include a commercial look vege sprayer, painted glass splashback, waterfall edges to bench and double under-mount sink,” Mr Lyndon said.
He said some of the true value inclusions within the bathrooms included fully tiled shower bases, oversized polished edge mirrors, a generous length bath and, for a limited time, a bonus upgrade to stone benchtops.
In addition to Adenbrook’s True Value inclusions and upgrades, the builder is also offering buyers a bonus $10,000 or $20,000 gift card to spend on further upgrades to their newly purchased home (conditions apply).
Adenbrook Homes has a range of homes on display at sites around southeast Queensland.
