A BOOST in buyer confidence has prompted Sanctuary Cove to roll out its first waterfront land in five years.

The third release within the Tristania precinct follows strong sales at the exclusive golf and marine community during the past six months.

Mulpha Sanctuary Cove general sales manager John Hughes said increased demand for waterfront land, plus good sales, had galvanised plans for Tristania’s next release.

With prices starting from $865,000, Mr Hughes said it would be Sanctuary Cove’s last affordable waterfront land with a price tag under $1 million.

“It comes at a time when buyers are feeling more buoyant and keen to enter the Gold Coast’s rising market, so we are confident this offering will be very warmly received,” he said.

“It will, however, be a limited release.”

Tristania’s third stage comprises 16 blocks initially, followed by a further 15 lots.

The resort-style masterplanned community has two 18-hole championship golf courses, a 300-berth marina, a resort, country club, fitness centre, tennis courts and a 25m swimming pool.

There is direct, bridge-free access to the Coomera River and Broadwater.

Sales of large dry lots in Sanctuary Cove’s Alpinia precinct surged late last year and most sold within weeks.
