Lot sizes a key part of buyer drawcard
STRONG sales at Kinross Estate in Thornlands have resulted in a final land release as demand for bayside living remains high.
Ausbuild has released 53 lots, which will sell for between $275,000 and $375,000, with an average price about $300,000.
Ausbuild joint managing director Matt Bell said it was the final release for the estate.
“Stage one sold out quickly and stage two is almost sold out. So it was time to release the much-anticipated final two stages,” he said.
Work has begun on stages three and four, with the land to be ready for building by late July. Mr Bell said the size of the blocks was one of the major factors that would appeal to buyers, with an average size of 512sq m, and even one up to 831sq m. More than half of the 53 blocks would be larger than 500sq m.
“The majority of the release lots have bushland views,” Mr Bell said. “The lots face bushland green corridors that cannot be developed, which ensures your views remain unaltered.”
Kinross Estate consists of elevated home sites that enjoy coastal breezes, set in 5ha of green space, with a public park, picnic facilities, a playground and 3km of cycling and walking tracks.
Ausbuild has more than 30 home designs to choose from, with many home-and-land packages available.
