LIMITLESS OPPORTUNITIES
A CHERMSIDE development positioned on the suburb’s highest crest is 80 per cent sold after launching to the market early last year.
The 60-apartment $27 million Pandana project is being developed by Limitless.
Now under construction, it has views of Brisbane city and Moreton Bay, a feature that has attracted purchasers.
Buyers have also been drawn to the Latham St location, close to The Prince Charles Hospital, Holy Spirit Northside Private Hospital and Westfield Chermside, while being away from the busy main area around Playfield St and Kittyhawk Drive.
Limitless director Nick Barr said the location would result in good tenant retention for investors.
“Investor appetite has been strong,” he said. “We have not seen a great deal of activity from local buyers yet, however, I expect that to change as the project comes out of the ground over the next few months.”
Mr Barr said apartments in the nine-level building had contemporary finishes, including black tapware and light fittings.
Pandana apartments range from 77sq m to 132sq m, priced from $349,000 to $517,000.
A car park is provided with each of the 35 two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartments and 25 one-bedroom, onebathroom designs.
Limitless recently completed a 28-apartment Nundah project called Evans & Windsor, and is now busy launching Parkside Kedron, which features 45 apartments.
“We concentrate on city fringe areas with good amenity and places where people want to live,” Mr Barr said.
Construction on Pandana is expected to be completed later this year.
PRIME POSITION: The Pandana development is close to hospitals and shopping centres.
