AUSBUILD’S Treeline development south west of Brisbane has sold more than 40 per cent of stage one sites. The 16.2ha development at Doolandella, south west of Brisbane, will include 93 homes built across two stages, with 64 in stage one. Ausbuild joint managing director Matthew Bell said the suburb was chosen because of the high demand for housing in the area. “The estate represents a rare opportunity to secure a new home in a sought-after location backing on to a natural bush land reserve, and with an abundance of parklands, and reputable schools close by,” he said. RP Data Corelogic figures showed Doolandella had a 20.4 per cent change in median house price across five years. There were 59 house sales in the 12 months to November 2014, with the median sale price at $430,000. Treeline,Treeline off Blunder Rd Rd, has fixed-price house-and-land packages starting from $415,576. Stage one has a range of lot sizes from 375sq m to 1291sq m.
