New design set to please
FRESH from Burbank’s new double-storey range of homes, the Phoenix 321 is set to be a crowd pleaser.
The new design showcases two-storey living at its best, with multiple living and recreation zones throughout the home both inside and out, according to Burbank state manager Louis Sultan.
“The Phoenix has three living zones across the two floors, including a downstairs family room opening out from the kitchen/meals area, along with an expansive upstairs lounge and retreat,” Mr Sultan explained. “The lounge is positioned directly across from the three kids’ bedrooms, offering great functionality as a kids’ activity or games room, while the retreat makes an ideal parents’ hideaway, positioned as it is next to the master bedroom suite.
“The ground floor also features a stunning alfresco space, which allows a spacious indoor/outdoor extension to the meals and family hub, along with options for extended balconies on the first floor.”
Mr Sultan said even with its considerable entertaining and recreation options, the Phoenix didn’t forget day-to-day practicalities.
“The ground floor is fitted with a powder room and plenty of storage space, including a walk-in pantry and walk-in linen,” he said. “There is also a study at the front of the floorplan, sectioned away from the main areas of the home to provide a quieter area to work.
“The Phoenix is one of seven new homes in our new doublestorey collection, which offers designs sized between 261sq m and 453sq m to suit a range of homebuyer needs.”
The Phoenix 321 display home is currently under construction at the Capestone estate display village, which lies within the growing Mango Hill precinct.
