Ex­clu­sive town­house re­lease

AN EX­CLU­SIVE new col­lec­tion of lux­ury town­houses is set to be un­veiled a at the bou­tique Canopy Bardon p pro­ject in Bris­bane’s in­ner-western cor­ri­dor.

The Natura Col­lec­tion from de devel­oper Pradella Prop­erty V Ven­tures will in­clude 40 re res­i­dences set in the foothills of M Mt Coot-tha, 5km from the CB CBD.

Pradella man­ag­ing di­rec­tor Da David Pradella said re­search sho showed there was strong dem de­mand for high-end, owne­roc­cu­pier-tar­geted homes in Bar Bardon and there had been no new prod­uct cater­ing to the mar­ket.

“Although it of­fers a pre­mium lo­ca­tion so close to the city, Canopy Bardon is sur­rounded by bush­land, of­fer­ing a peace­ful re­treat from the has­sles of ev­ery­day life,” he said. “Af­ter lis­ten­ing to the mar­ket, we have de­lib­er­ately un­der­used the site to cre­ate a com­mu­nity that of­fers plenty of space and a vi­brant lifestyle. In do­ing so, we be­lieve we have cre­ated a prod­uct ben­e­fit­ing this blue-chip site.”

Mr Pradella said the col­lec­tion was tar­geted at both ex­ec­u­tives and fam­i­lies.

“The town­houses and town­homes in the Nat­u­ral Col­lec­tion of­fer mod­ern, open­plan liv­ing and spa­cious out­door ter­races,” he said.

“The homes seam­lessly blend in with their nat­u­ral sur­round­ings, while of­fer­ing lux­u­ri­ous fit­tings and fin­ishes.”

De­signed by Wool­loongabba ar­chi­tects Wilt­shire Stevens, the town­houses of­fer three bed­rooms, while the town­home de­signs are of­fered in two con­fig­u­ra­tions: a three­bed­room or three-bed­room plus media room.

Town­houses range from $709,000 to $789,000 while top-of-the-range town­homes are priced from $879,000.

Pro­ject mar­ket­ing agent and Po­si­tion Prop­erty sales man­ager Doug Walsh said Bardon was a favoured lo­ca­tion.

“Canopy Bardon of­fers great buyer ap­peal due to its prox­im­ity to na­ture – there is a range of re­serves and parks nearby and it is sur­rounded by cy­cling paths,” he said. “Canopy Bardon also has easy ac­cess to the new Legacy Way, which pro­vides quick con­nec­tiv­ity to the Bris­bane CBD.”

Res­i­dents fa­cil­i­ties in­clude pocket parks, bar­be­cue pavil­ions, bi­cy­cle stor­age, out­door liv­ing and din­ing gar­den rooms and an ex­er­cise cir­cuit with ex­er­cise sta­tions.

Ear­lier stages of Canopy Bardon have been well re­ceived and just six of the 82 apart­ments re­leased in stages one to three are still avail­able.
