AN EXCLUSIVE new collection of luxury townhouses is set to be unveiled a at the boutique Canopy Bardon p project in Brisbane’s inner-western corridor.

The Natura Collection from de developer Pradella Property V Ventures will include 40 re residences set in the foothills of M Mt Coot-tha, 5km from the CB CBD.

Pradella managing director Da David Pradella said research sho showed there was strong dem demand for high-end, owneroccupier-targeted homes in Bar Bardon and there had been no new product catering to the market.

“Although it offers a premium location so close to the city, Canopy Bardon is surrounded by bushland, offering a peaceful retreat from the hassles of everyday life,” he said. “After listening to the market, we have deliberately underused the site to create a community that offers plenty of space and a vibrant lifestyle. In doing so, we believe we have created a product benefiting this blue-chip site.”

Mr Pradella said the collection was targeted at both executives and families.

“The townhouses and townhomes in the Natural Collection offer modern, openplan living and spacious outdoor terraces,” he said.

“The homes seamlessly blend in with their natural surroundings, while offering luxurious fittings and finishes.”

Designed by Woolloongabba architects Wiltshire Stevens, the townhouses offer three bedrooms, while the townhome designs are offered in two configurations: a threebedroom or three-bedroom plus media room.

Townhouses range from $709,000 to $789,000 while top-of-the-range townhomes are priced from $879,000.

Project marketing agent and Position Property sales manager Doug Walsh said Bardon was a favoured location.

“Canopy Bardon offers great buyer appeal due to its proximity to nature – there is a range of reserves and parks nearby and it is surrounded by cycling paths,” he said. “Canopy Bardon also has easy access to the new Legacy Way, which provides quick connectivity to the Brisbane CBD.”

Residents facilities include pocket parks, barbecue pavilions, bicycle storage, outdoor living and dining garden rooms and an exercise circuit with exercise stations.

Earlier stages of Canopy Bardon have been well received and just six of the 82 apartments released in stages one to three are still available.
