VISION OF FUTURE
HALCYON has embraced spring with a release of $25 million in homes and open days at all of its southeast Queensland communities.
Halcyon joint managing director Bevan Geissmann said the series of Spring Showcase events would be the first time Halcyon had opened the gates at all of its new and established communities to prospective buyers in the one month.
“It will offer a tangible insight into the Halcyon lifestyle,” he said. “Buying a home out of a brochure doesn’t give you a true indication or feel for what a community will look like when it’s completed and occupied.”
The over-50s community developer will this month release 21 homes at Vision by Halcyon on Hope Island, and 22 homes within Halcyon Glades at Caboolture North – a major rollout worth $25 million.
Mr Geissmann said sales rates and volumes at both communities were outstripping construction progress.
Sales at Glades have reached $26 million with the first three releases now 90 per cent sold while Vision has achieved $25 million after the sellout of its first two stages.
“The sales trend we’re experiencing speaks volumes about the market’s appetite for this over-50s lifestyle housing product,” Mr Geissmann said.
“In fact, Halcyon Glades now is the fastest-selling over- 50s community in north Brisbane.
“New homes within both developments accommodate a range of price points and lifestyle ambitions.”
Homes within the upcoming third release at the Vision by Halcyon development range in price from $589,000 to $1.325 million.
At Halcyon Glades, the fourth release homes are priced between $355,000 and $510,000.
