No trou­ble at this lush, lux­ury Mill

OWNER OC­CU­PIERS have al­ready bought three of the town­houses in a new pro­ject at Flem­ing Rd, Her­ston.

The Tri-level pro­ject, which has six town­houses was de­vel­oped by Mill House Prop­erty and de­signed by El­e­va­tion Ar­chi­tec­ture Stu­dio.

Mill House Prop­erty di­rec­tor Fiona Milling­ton said the build­ing was a nat­u­ral fit for the slop­ping lo­ca­tion.

“Her­ston has a lot of old Queens­lan­ders and it was es­sen­tial to pre­serve the char­ac­ter residential over­lay,” she said.

“The town­houses com­ple­ment the orig­i­nal ver­sion of Her­ston with the use of tim­ber lin­ear board­ing on the fa­cade.

“A lot of thought has gone into fin­ishes and we ex­pect buy­ers will ap­pre­ci­ate con­ve­nience with a bit of lux­ury.”

Ms Milling­ton started work­ing in town­house de­vel­op­ment in cen­tral Aus­tralia a few years ago be­fore mov­ing to Bris­bane.

Belle Prop­erty mar­ket­ing agent Tori Ver­coe said the three-bed­room, two-bath­room de­signs of­fered flex­i­ble floor plans. Prices start at $669,000.
