Prov­i­dence proves pop­u­lar

SALES staff are field­ing about 100 in­quiries a week at Prov­i­dence mas­ter­planned com­mu­nity in the Ri­p­ley Val­ley.

Close to 400 land sales have been notched as stages 4, 5 and 6 are close to sell­ing out.

Con­struc­tion is ad­vanc­ing on a num­ber of fronts, with more than 100 homes in var­i­ous stages of com­ple­tion, and works un­der­way on 260 new lots.

The Splash and Play park is slated to be ready by the end of sum­mer, and con­struc­tion has started on the $3.2 mil­lion Prov­i­dence Cen­tre.

Prov­i­dence di­rec­tor Michael Khan said the cen­tre would in­clude a sales and in­for­ma­tion cen­tre, cafe, toi­lets and com­mu­nity rooms that could be booked free of charge.

The first 15 fam­i­lies have movedd into the 670ha com­mu­nity.
