Confidence in the Sunshine Coast market has seen the Master Builders display village at Bli Bli’s Parklakes 2 set strong sales records. With eight out of 11 stages sold in less than 16 months, sales figures at the development show the Sunshine Coast is forging ahead.

Master Builders display villages manager Andrew Rockley said the latest Survey of Industry Conditions from Master Builders showed from April-June this year there was a continued high level of business confidence in the Sunshine Coast, with residential trading conditions at a record high.

“All in all, conditions are looking stable for the coming year on the Sunshine Coast and we are positive about the outlook for the industry. We are seeing a strong amount of traffic through the display village which is encouraging,” Mr Rockley said.

“Parklakes 2 is located at Bli Bli, and with lots selling at an average of 20 lots a month since launching in May last year, there are fewer than 120 lots left to sell. The solid demand for land at Parklakes 2 seen in the past year shows that more and more people on the Coast want to build their own home instead of renting.

“The final stages are now selling at Parklakes 2 and with an average Lot size of 640sq m there is room for ample parking, a pool, shed and large outdoor entertaining area. Parklakes 2 offers a total lifestyle package – close to beaches, the Maroochy River plus all of the conveniences the Coast has to offer,” he said.

Nestled on the tranquil north-facing slopes of Bli Bli with views to Mt Coolum, Mr Rockley said the development was connected to nature in a quiet location and had its own chain of “catch and release” lakes stocked with fish, yet was still less than 10 minutes to every convenience imaginable.

“This position makes Parklakes 2 a drawcard for families, couples and singles looking to build their dream home. The 82ha residential community offers value for money for families looking for a high-quality home.”
