Element Estate, Ausbuild’s new estate in Griffin, is set to be a popular destination for first home buyers to call home.

Ausbuild joint managing director Matthew Bell says Element Estate will be a haven for first home buyers, nestled within the beautiful setting of the up-and-coming suburb, Griffin.

“We’re hopeful that the First Home Owners Grant will remain past the June 30 expiration date so that first home buyers can take advantage of the release of land at Element and begin their home ownership journey,” Mr Bell said.

“There are a wide range of block sizes available, priced from $230,000 – an ideal price point that is sure to fit into the budget without having to make many sacrifices.

“This one stage estate has only 57 blocks on offer, so first home buyers looking to make their move into home ownership best act fast.”

Mr Bell said Element was conveniently located next to Griffin’s new state school, which opened last year, and a short drive from the greater North Lakes retail and commercial precinct.

“Costco and Ikea are two massive drawcards also, while those seeking medical centres and lifestyle facilities, cafes and restaurants are also well supported,” he said.

“A trip to the beach in summer is also only a short drive to the water at Brighton and Redcliffe. Now is the time to enquire about Element, with its release only days ago; people can be one of the first in line to purchase a block in this convenient location.”
