A new Sunshine Coast project has hit the market, giving owners the opportunity to influence the design of their purchase.

Walter Iezzi Property Group director Walter Iezzi said the company was pleased to announce Onyx Mooloolaba to the market.

He said it had been planned by the in-house design team, which aimed to create a unique building that would stand the test of time.

“The feedback so far has been great,” Mr Iezzi said.

“Potential buyers are very excited about the development and its location – a prime position in Mooloolaba.

“The fact that there is only one unit per floor also seems to be very appealing to buyers.”

Mr Iezzi said after owning the site for two years, the market was now ready for a development of this kind.

“We expect to be able to commence construction in early 2019,” he said.

“We have had a great level of inquiry so far and we expect to have at least one of the units sold in the next few days.”

Mr Iezzi said that with a stunning riverside location, Onyx sat on the doorstep of the harbour and was a five-minute walk to Mooloolaba’s world-famous beaches.

“It’s living like no other, where you can enjoy the beautiful sunshine and temperate weather that the Sunshine Coast is famous for,” he said.

Onyx is pet-friendly and benefits from low body corporate fees.

Each unit will have three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a media room/office and a minimum of two car parks.
