The final stage of an Oxley development has hit the market, and it’s already helping newlyweds realise their happily-ever-after.

Jayden and Mark Carmichael decided to make Pavilions on ParkVue their first big decision since tying the knot, securing their lot at the $80 million Oxley development. The couple purchased a three-bedroom townhouse because of the suburb’s mix of inner-city convenience and affordability.

“We are excited to have been able to purchase our first home in such a great residential community with easy access to the city,” Mr Carmichael said.

“Pavilions on Parkvue offers tremendous value for money and is below what you would expect to pay for a new build in somewhere as central as Oxley.”

Mr Carmichael, who spent more than three months searching for a property, said the barbecue facilities, green space and pool offered within the development, as well as the nearby cafe and retail precinct, were crucial factors in his decision to invest.

Pavilions is the final stage of the ParkVue master-planned community which aims to provide resort-style living to residents only 12km southwest of Brisbane’s CBD.

Unison Projects sales and marketing coordinator Matt O’Driscoll said a big focus of the development was bringing luxury to affordable developments.

“The low maintenance homes also allow residents time to enjoy the vast 3.75ha of surrounding parklands, running creeks, walking trails, playgrounds and barbecue area,” Mr O’Driscoll said.

“Residents of Pavilions on ParkVue enjoy exclusive use of the centrally located swimming pool and recreational area which provides an idyllic setting to relax and feel refreshed, or entertain family and friends,” he said.

Mr O’Driscoll said 40 per cent of the 66 townhouses planned for the Pavilion development had already sold, with some residents moving in.

He said many buyers were seeking flexibility and affordability when making purchases.

“The expansive glazing, open-plan living and free flowing interiors, create a seamless connection to each home’s private, tranquil outdoor garden and captures all optimal natural light and views.”
