Construction is moving ahead on one of Logan Reserve’s newest development estates.

Villawood Properties’ Sequana, which developers describe as “boutique living”, has started construction after announcing more than 85 per cent of their stage one sites sold.

The estate has more than 340m of river frontage along the Logan River and is located in the growing region between the Gold Coast and Brisbane.

Villawood Properties state development manager Michael Williams said Sequana was popular with buyers because of its location, allowing residents the best of both worlds.

“Buyers won’t have to sacrifice any urban conveniences to enjoy the semi-rural setting with bus and train services, local shopping centres, parks, schools, childcare and medical facilities all within easy reach,” Mr Williams said.

“The high standard of Villawood’s urban design, coupled with larger than average lot sizes and versatile house and land offerings, sets Sequana apart from the other estates in the region.”

With the land sizes varying from 420sq m to 1200sq m, Mr Williams said buyers were taking comfort in the variety of options available to them.

“Prospective buyers now also have the comfort of buying land that is ready to build on and we are looking forward to a strong spring selling season as we finalise the balance between registered lots and bring on the release of stage two,” he said.

“The range of lots reflects the diverse needs and lifestyle choices of today’s families and we are looking forward to cultivating a thriving neighbourhood with this boutique masterplanned estate.”
