The absolute riverfront location at Hamilton is what sets Frasers Property Australia’s development River Homes apart from everything else on the market.

Frasers Property Australia residential general manager Cameron Leggatt said it was that, and the fact the homes were freehold, which made them stand out from the crowd.

“They are also located on a prime parcel of land within Frasers Property Australia’s

Hamilton Reach community, where residents will have access to walking paths, a riverside beach and cafe, parks and other local community facilities,” Mr Leggatt said.

“The River Homes boast a prime waterfront location, right on the Brisbane River within Hamilton Reach, Frasers Property Australia’s $700 million masterplanned community.”

Mr Leggatt said the site was chosen because of the scarcity of riverfront homes in Brisbane.

“The River Homes are being created on one of the last remaining absolute riverfront parcels of land at Hamilton Reach,” he said.

“Property Australia chose to create premium homes that make the most of their prestigious location.”

But it doesn’t stop there, the River Homes feature up to 9m high voids in the living areas to create “gallery-like” spaces with superior river views.

Designed by Rothelowman Architects and built by Tomkins builders, who were responsible for the Newport project at Hamilton Reach, which was the recipient of the Best Residential Development award at the 2018 Property Council of Australia’s Innovation and Excellence Awards.

Mr Leggatt said the new community was under construction and would be completed in the first quarter of 2019.

“There are three River Homes remaining for sale,” he said.

Each home will have spacious kitchens complete with butler’s pantry, Miele appliances, Zip tap with sparkling water function, integrated Liebherr fridges and a 195-bottle wine cabinet.

Blackbutt engineered timber flooring will create warmth on the ground floor and in the study areas, while natural Calacatta stone is used as a feature splashback in the kitchens and main ensuites.

The River Homes feature up to 9mhigh voids in the living areas, creating gallery-like spaces that highlight stunning river views.
