LIFESTYLE OPTIONS ON DISPLAY
Clarendon Homes marketing manager Glenn Kennedy says the company’s latest display centre at Killara boasts the very best of both single and dual-storey living, and features their most-popular home designs on display.
He said the 247.58sq m Aspen 27 had all the features a growing family could need for a life of complete comfort.
“On entering the single-storey Aspen 27, there’s a spacious main bedroom with a view of the front of the home, while further in, there is the breathtaking open-plan family, meals and kitchen area complete with a raked ceiling for an amazing sense of space,” Mr Kennedy said.
“The four bedrooms provide each family member with their own retreat.
“Then there are two separate living areas, and the integrated outdoor area spilling out from the main living area provides a great space for entertaining family and guests.”
Next door to the Aspen 27 is the two storey, 302.99sq m Bronte 33, which was designed for family living on a 12.5m lot width.
Mr Kennedy said this plan packed a punch with its family-friendly features.
“Downstairs, there are three separate living areas complete with a dedicated leisure room with space for a pool table,” he said.
“The open-plan living areas are integrated with a grand outdoor option on display to create a sense of indoor-outdoor living – perfect for Queensland’s climate.”
Upstairs in the Bronte 33, there’s a fourth living space, a rumpus, and four large bedrooms.
The main bedroom is located at the rear of the house.
The design allows families with teenage children plenty of space to entertain themselves and friends.
“And the great news is that, for a limited time, people can take $25,000 off the price of Clarendon’s Collection range of two-storey homes, or $20,000 off single-storey homes,” Mr Kennedy said.
“This means six bedrooms and seven living areas from just $775 per square metre; in fact, we have 17 homes under $799 per square metre.”
